Have you found the perfect Verozora item? Wonderful!

Ordering

Select the desired item and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on ‘Add to cart’. You can always continue shopping and return to your cart later by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top right corner. Please note: placing an item in your cart does not mean it is reserved.

Finished shopping? Click on the shopping cart icon and go to your cart to review your order. Adjust the quantities if needed and then click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ to go to the payment page. Here you can easily fill in all your details to complete your order.

Please note: After completing your order, we can no longer make changes, as we immediately begin processing to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Are there shipping costs?
Verozora covers the shipping costs for you, so you don’t have to worry about any additional fees.

Can I track my delivery?
Yes, all our shipments are sent with Track & Trace. You will receive a link to the order status page via email as soon as your order has been shipped, allowing you to track its progress. Please note that it may take some time before the Track & Trace status becomes visible.

What if I’m not home during delivery?
If you are not home at the time of delivery, your package will be held for 7 days at a pickup location of the chosen delivery service. You will receive a notification from the driver with the details of the pickup point. After these 7 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Choose your delivery service:
The delivery service you select determines how your package will be delivered. If you are not home, your package will be held and can be collected at a pickup location near you. Make sure you choose the correct delivery option during checkout.

Incorrect address?
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is correct. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so there is only a small window in which an incorrect address can be corrected. Contact us immediately if you notice that the shipping address is incorrect.

Lost or stolen package?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please report this within 14 days of the indicated delivery date. We will start an investigation with PostNL and keep you informed of the progress.
